Diagnostic Reviews
Diagnostic Reviews encompass all areas of your organization - with the goal of increasing income from all sources. The team typically examines an institution's loans, investments, checking accounts and credit cards as well as personal, employee benefit and corporate trust activities.
Nearly 500 areas are reviewed, analyzed and quantified for revenue opportunities during this phase.
This review usually requires three to five weeks.
Implementation Project
If cost-justified, an Implementation Project is then undertaken - with frequent checkpoints and status reports to Executive Management. These projects usually take four to six months.
Professional fees are straightforward and easy to
understand. You pay only a one-time fee. The payback multiples are
very significant since the benefits continue to accrue for the
years ahead without further consulting costs.
As many consultants as required can be provided for this effort. Or, if
preferred, you can assign your own personnel to work under in a
team environment.
Your bank can also utilize other features of this program, including team and
employee incentive programs.
